We are proud and honored to share that we have been selected to be a resident at the Northwest Side Community Development Corporation's CRECER small business incubator! 51st Ward Books will be in great company with four other small businesses AND a social enterprise cafe. Our doors opened to the public on October 5, 2022. Stop by to visit with us and stay up to date on our upcoming events by following us on social media.

Successful Community Event/Evento comunitario exitoso
It was a beautiful day in the neighborhood on the day we celebrated author Claudia Guadalupe Martínez's book birthday! It was a full house and the house was full of joy as we listened to a read-aloud of Still Dreaming/Seguimos Soñando. Thanks to all who attended and warmed our house with book love.

¡Fue un hermoso día en el barrio el día que celebramos el cumpleaños del libro de la autora Claudia Guadalupe Martínez! Era una casa llena y la casa estaba llena de alegría mientras escuchábamos una lectura en voz alta de Still Dreaming/Seguimos Soñando.
